Join us for exercise every Friday morning! FREE CLASS!
Classes are geared toward 65+, however those who are younger are welcome to attend, especially those who may have experienced stroke, acquired brain injury or anything else that may have impacted their balance. The purpose of the class is for older adults to work on balance and strength for falls prevention.
Participants are invited to stay after class for a brief coffee and tea.
