THE SPACE:
The hall is authorized for a maximum of 108 people by the Nipissing Township Fire Department. It has a fully-equipped public health approved kitchen, including two stove-tops and ovens, a large central island, lots of counter space, auto-drip coffee makers, commercial fridge & dishwasher, plenty of dishes/cutlery and other serving pieces, and a serving window connected to the dining area.
The dining/community area comprises approximately 1100 square feet of space, with many large tables and chairs available for use. Separate washrooms are centrally located. Two front entrances (one wheel-chair accessible) lead into the building directly from the parking lot, and a rear entrance leads out to the large, fenced side-yard space.
RATES:
Non-Members – $15/hr (max $150, 24 hr period)
Members – $12/hr (max $120, 24 hr period)
Cleaning Fee (if applicable) – $65.00
Refundable Key Deposit – $25.00
