THE SPACE:
Our hall is charming and inviting; we’ve got hardwood floors, a stage, many large windows and everything you need to celebrate your special occasion.
The CCC has a fully-equipped kitchen, including two stove-tops and ovens, a large central island, a microwave, lots of counter space, auto-drip coffee makers, commercial fridge & dish sanitizer, plenty of dishes/cutlery and other serving pieces, and a serving window connected to the dining area.
The dining/community area comprises approximately 1100 square feet of space, with many large tables and chairs available for use. Washrooms are centrally located. The front entrance is wheel-chair accessible and leads into the building directly from the parking lot, and a rear entrance leads out to the large, fenced side-yard space.
The side yard may be used for additional parking.
The hall is authorized for a maximum of 108 people by the Nipissing Township Fire Department.
RATES:
Non-Members – $25/hr (2 hour minimum, max $200, 24 hr period)
Members – $20/hr (2 hour minimum,max $160, 24 hr period)
Cleaning Fee (if applicable) – $75.00
Refundable Key Deposit – $25.00
