The Board of Commanda Community Centre has adopted the following strategic plan:

Strategic Plan
1. Become financially sustainable
a. Plan events: make a profit to support operations of the CCC
b. Plan for eventual loss of income from resident renter
c. Seek funding opportunities for projects (capital and social)
2. Create procedures for operations, events, and corporate governance.
3. Maintain membership levels and engage non-members
