We’re happy to be one of the many locations where East Parry Sound Community Support Services hosts their popular Stay on Your Feet Classes. It’s every Friday at 10 am for one hour and it’s free! Come for the class, stay for a coffee!
What is the Stay on Your Feet Class? It’s designed for seniors to build strength and assist with fall prevention. Modifications can be made to accommodate your mobility level.
