Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits including improved posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. Join yogi, Bob Duggan, every Thursday at 6:30 as he leads you through your yoga practice in a group setting.
$10 per session. No registration required! Mats are available if you don’t have one!
